About Us

Established in Athens, Georgia, Little Light Co. is a southern soy candle and home goods company designing eminent and sophisticated scents and products. Founder, Beth Hughes creates the distinctive scents in her home, inspired by the natural surroundings of the South. Athens, Georgia is a small town rich in history, culture, tradition, and art, often luring one into discovering our unique and locally preserved way of life. We wanted to hand-pour that way of life into a candle& share our 'little lights' with you.

Today the line includes a Signature Collection; Honeysuckle, Ginkgo, Marmalade, Porch Swing, Clothes Pin and the very popular Lavender & Lace. Due to popularity, we now offer Longleaf Pine year round. Shoo Fly is our new all-natural insect repellent, sold at select locations seasonally. Little Light Co. candles can currently be found in over 50 boutiques around the Southeast.
