The Classic Center Theatre Gives A Glance into Its Holiday Season Lineup During Christmas in July

July 17, 2026 - In the spirit of Christmas in July, The Classic Center Theatre is giving the community an early look at its upcoming holiday entertainment lineup.

Known for bringing the community together throughout the year, The Classic Center Theatre will once again serve as a destination for festive experiences, family-friendly events, and holiday traditions that have become annual favorites in Downtown Athens.

The Classic Center Theatre’s Christmas in July announcement lineup includes:

• A Celtic Christmas | December 16, 2026: A holiday celebration packed with Irish wit, traditional tunes, and heartfelt ballads, alongside all your favorite carols.
• John Berry: 30th Anniversary Christmas Tour | December 17, 2026: A beloved annual concert tradition from a hometown artist who has gone on to national success.
• The Nutcracker Ballet | December 20, 2026: A timeless holiday ballet brought to life with beauty and elegance.

Additional shows that were announced this past week for The Classic Center Theatre include: The Heavy Hitters of Comedy: A Night of Legends and Laughter Starring Earthquake and Adele Givens and Brad Williams: Big & Small Tour.

Akins Ford Arena also announced that UGA Hockey 2027-2027 season tickets will be available starting Friday, July 17.
