NOSH CAFE OPENING NEW BREAKFAST POP-UP IN NORMAL TOWN!

A new breakfast option is heading to Normaltown, as Brian and Gina Bedell plan to open Nosh
Cafe on September 21st!

Nosh Cafe will feature locally sourced coffee, as well as breakfast items ranging from baked
goods to warm breakfast specials that are a perfect start to your morning, whether you’re
on-the-go or looking for a place to sit and work for a while.

“We’re thrilled to be offering everything from scones and sandos to protein cookies, with other
unique made-to-order items that will change from week to week!” says co-owner Gina. “And of
course we’ll offer locally sourced coffee, and look forward to providing guests with some tasty
seasonal drinks as well!”

The Nosh Cafe will run as the latest pop-up alongside the already thriving Nosh Pop Up, which
was nominated as one of the Best of Athens Food Pop Ups in 2025. Building on the success
they’ve seen thus far, Brian and Gina are excited to expand their offerings.

“Brian and I are excited to bring our shared expertise to Nosh Cafe. With his decades as a chef
and my own work in baking, we can’t wait to share some of our delicious breakfast favorites with
Athens!”

Nosh Cafe will be setting up at Athentic Brewing Co. Mondays through Fridays from 7 AM to 12
PM. Although the bar won’t be open during these hours, guests can enjoy seating available inside
and on the patio at Athentic, plus access to wifi and more. From a work session to grabbing a quick
bite to a catch-up over coffee, Nosh Cafe is sure to become your new morning favorite!
