CrossFit Liberate Named Official Training Partner of Athens Indoor Football

The Athens Indoor Football League (IFL) franchise is proud to announce CrossFit Liberate as the Official Training Partner of the team for its inaugural 2027 season and beyond.

The 3-year partnership brings together one of the region's premier fitness facilities with Athens' newest professional sports organizations, creating a shared commitment to athletic excellence, performance, health, and community.

As the Official Training Partner, CrossFit Liberate will play an important role in helping prepare the team's athletes for competition throughout the season. In addition, two members of the CrossFit Liberate coaching staff will serve in official team roles:

• Emmanuel Washington will serve as the team's Strength & Conditioning Coach.
• Chandler Spivey will serve as the team's Nutrition Advisor.

Located in downtown Athens near Akins Ford Arena, CrossFit Liberate is designed to help athletes of every level - from beginners and active adults to elite competitors - reach their fitness goals. The facility features professional-grade equipment including Rogue barbells and bumper plates, bikes, sleds, sandbags, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, climbing ropes, and a large training rig for gymnastics and bar work.

As part of the partnership, CrossFit Liberate will receive official team branding throughout the season including name and logo recognition on the game-day apparel worn by the team's Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, and Athletic Trainer during every home and away game, providing prominent exposure through live events, photography, television broadcasts, and digital and social media coverage.

The Athens Indoor Football League franchise will begin play in March 2027 at Akins Ford Arena.
