Airing of the Quilts Ceremony
Sunday, October 5, 2025 | 1-4pm | Free & Open to the Public
We invite you to join us for our annual “Airing of the Quilts” event, a cherished tradition in our community. Bring your most treasured quilts, blankets, and textiles out of storage to be refreshed by the autumn sun and breeze. This day is not just about preserving our heirlooms; it’s a celebration of the stories woven into every stitch and a chance to share the history behind your family's beautiful creations. Whether you're a lifelong quilter or simply appreciate the warmth and artistry of these pieces, we welcome you to participate. As you hang your quilts on our porch railings, you'll be part of a living tapestry that honors the past while connecting us in the present. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow textile enthusiasts, swap stories, and learn new techniques. Join us in celebrating our shared heritage and the timeless beauty of the humble quilt.

Guests will also be welcome to enjoy the indoor Quilt & Lace Exhibition.
