Job description:
Thomas Eye Center is on the lookout for a dedicated Optical Salesperson to join our team. No certifications are required, although applicants with ABO/NCLE/LDO credentials are encouraged to apply.

Job Duties:

Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear.
Handle customer transactions efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
Manage inventory and restock shelves as needed.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and discounts.
Perform basic adjustments and repairs on eyewear.
Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

While we prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in optical sales, we are willing to train the right individual.
