Description
Join us for a Regional Chamber Member event, organized in collaboration with the Athens Area, Barrow, Elbert, Jackson, Oconee, Madison and Walton County Chambers.
We are fortunate to have as our guest speaker, Ms. Anissa Starnes, IOM, President of Swingbridge Partners, LLC., who will discuss ways to take care of yourself and your team during COVID-19.
COVID-19 has significantly impacted us all in so many ways. It has caused worry, fear, concern for our loved ones and for many, loss of business. This is a very difficult time for all of us, filled with emotions, changes, and challenges. In this webinar, Anissa Starnes introduces tips and tools to identify, manage, and reduce stress, strategies to balance home and work life, and resources to help you and your team navigate this stressful time. This is a serious topic, but laughter is important, so we will do some of that too!
