We’ll teach you the thought process behind pairing greens, fruits, cheeses, and nuts and how your dressing choice ties it all together. You’ll leave with a framework for building a great salad with ingredients you have on hand in your fridge. We’ll be making two dressings: a classic Caesar and a from-scratch apple cider vinaigrette. You’ll see how the same green can taste completely different with just a simple change and why that matters when you’re starting from scratch. For the main event, we’re building a fresh apple and goat cheese salad together. You’ll help prep the ingredients, measure out the vinaigrette, and watch it come together.
