Online Financial Tools: Weiss Ratings and FinancialFit

Learn how to use two free online resources from the library to make more informed financial decisions. In this class, we’ll explore Weiss Ratings, which provides independent ratings for banks, insurance companies, stocks, and more. We’ll also look at FinancialFit, a tool that offers easy-to-understand lessons, calculators, and guides on topics like budgeting, credit, saving, and managing debt. This introductory session will show you how to access these resources through the library and use them to build practical financial knowledge. As one of our Financial Literacy Month series adult programs, attendees will also receive a free book voucher for our Library Store, sponsored by the Friends of the Athens-Clarke County Library!
