In this interactive class, Chef Nathan Altman will guide you step-by-step through the process of making fresh pasta dough using simple, high-quality ingredients. You’ll learn how to properly mix, rest, roll, and cut your own fettuccine, gaining the confidence to recreate it at home. While your pasta rests, we’ll demonstrate how to prepare a classic pomodoro sauce—a light, vibrant tomato sauce made with garlic, olive oil, and fresh basil. You’ll learn how to build flavor, balance acidity, and finish your pasta the way it’s done in Italian kitchens.
