Employee Ownership Ambassador Program Week 2 - Participants will gain a basic understanding of what an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is, what profile of company should consider an ESOP, and the basic steps needed to implement an ESOP. Participants will have a sense of the potential positive impacts of an ESOP on the selling shareholder(s), the employees, and the culture of the business.
