Brightpaths New Playground Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting

Please join the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate the ribbon cutting for the new Brightpaths playground!  Thanks to Brightpaths' generous supporters, their families now have a space where children can play safely while parents are in counseling or parenting classes. This isn’t just a playground… it’s a place where their family support specialists can work hands-on with parents—practicing child development skills, positive discipline strategies, milestone screenings, and strengthening those all-important parent-child relationships. They'll open the playground at their Spring Fling: drop by just for the ribbon cutting, or bring the whole family for a morning of bounce houses, easter egg hunts, face painting, and more as they kick-off Child Abuse Prevention Month!
