Please join the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate the ribbon cutting for Beyond Horizon. Beyond Horizon Adult Health Center specializes in providing care to the elderly, allowing them to remain in the community while also catering to young adults, 18 years and older, who require services but do not qualify for traditional daycare. Their goal is to keep the community strong by keeping our most valuable resources, the elderly and young adults. Some of the services they provide include daycare, day respite, IV hydration, transportation, activities, out patient Physical and Occupational Rehabilitation, outings and medication management. They strive to provide a safe, secure and active environment preventing the need for nursing home or institution placement. They are located in Covington, Georgia (expanding to more areas) but transport from the Metro areas.
