The ownership group of Athens' new Indoor Football League (IFL) franchise will officially unveil the team's name, logo, colors, and brand identity during a special public announcement. This marks a major milestone as the team prepares for its inaugural 2027 season at Akins Ford Arena.
Members of the ownership group - including Pro Football Hall of Famer Jerome Bettis, College Football Hall of Famer David Pollack, and former MLB All-Star and NFL standout Brian Jordan - will be on hand for the announcement and available for interviews following the event.
