Mark owns a business consultancy and brand strategy firm called EXPERIENCE that serves business and organizational leadership in managing brand challenge and change, capitalizing on market opportunity, defining the dynamics of opportunity, securing rich insights through conventional and innovative research, and crafting business strategy to deliver the brand experience in a market of disruptive change. Expertise includes house & home, consumer packaged goods, retail, travel-tourism, healthcare and non-profit/cause organizations. EXPERIENCE also works with political candidates and policy/issue campaigns. While EXPERIENCE is located in Athens, the company works across the U.S., Canada and Europe. Mark worked with Time-Warner, American Express, Omnicom Global and launched INFORUM, a healthcare information firm before starting EXPERIENCE in 2003.
