Every January, Women Who Work hosts a wellness panel - an empowering event designed to promote self-love and self-care in a time full of 'new year, new you' pressures. Our panelists will delve into discussion on inclusive business practices that support body positivity, confidence in work spaces, and embracing ourselves exactly as we are. They will share their insights and tips for cultivating self-acceptance to serve as a reminder that wellness starts from within and loving ourselves is the ultimate form of self-care. Loretta Duggan, HER Health
Dr. Loretta Duggan, born and raised in rural central Georgia, is a board-certified physician in both Family Medicine and Adolescent Medicine practicing since 2017. She previously trained at Mercer University before completing medical school at Morehouse School of Medicine. From there she completed Family Medicine Residency in Spartanburg, SC, and Adolescent Medicine fellowship training in Miami, FL before returning to Georgia. Although she enjoys seeing patients of all ages, her passion lies in serving teens and young adult women ages 11-26 years old on the topics of puberty, periods, reproductive and sexual health so they can live the life they choose! This has led Dr. Duggan to open her own private medical practice called HER Health located in Athens, Georgia.

Courtney Vickery, MS, RD, LC is a multi-passionate entrepreneur in the weight-inclusive space. She's an anti-diet dietician and Certified Intuitive Eating counselor with her own private practice, Vickery Wellness. She is also the CEO of Declet Designs, her website and branding studio for weight-inclusive businesses.
Rosaria Meek, Oracle of Style
Dr. Rosaria Mangiavillano Meek, founder of The Oracle of Style, celebrates the intersection of beauty, identity, and empowerment. An Italian native with a Ph.D. from The University of Georgia, she channels her rich heritage and academic background into her style coaching business, helping individuals transform through intentional style and self-expression. Outside of her work, Dr. Meek enjoys her roles as a soccer mom and dog mom, embracing life's vibrant moments with elegance and authenticity.
Carmen Champagne, Grail Bra Specialists
Carmen is an honorary native Athenian, having lived here since she was 15 years old, and a graduate of Cedar Shoals High School and the University of Georgia. She started her professional life as an environmental educator and animal caretaker at Sandy Creek Nature Center. After literal decades of battling body image and bra fit issues, Carmen decided that if there wasn't a better way, she was going to have to create one herself, and Grail Bra Specialists was born. More than just a fully inclusive boutique carrying over 270 bra sizes, Grail is a community asset dedicated to the comfort, empowerment, and destigmatization of female-presenting bodies. Along with her team of professional bra fitters, Carmen is here to offer each client a knowledgeable and judgment-free fitting experience.
