Employee Ownership Ambassador Program Week 3 - Participants will gain a basic understanding of what a worker cooperative is, what kinds of companies could be candidates for a worker coop buyout, and the basic steps needed to sell to a worker cooperative. Participants will have a sense of the potential positive impacts of a worker cooperative on the selling shareholder(s), the employees/worker owners, and the culture of the business.
